Booking and fees
LARGE 5 metres square £120
STANDARD 3 metres square £80
TABLE TOP (no gazebo) maximum 1.5mtrs £30
Registered Charities 50% reduction
Bookings will close 30 August or earlier if all plots have been filled
Insurance
Friends of Hove Lagoon strongly recommend all stallholders have a minimum of £2 million Public Liability insurance. Stallholders without insurance could have to pay very heavy costs in case of an incident.
Equipment
Stall holders bring their own equipment; table, chairs, gazebo, etc
Timings
Set up from 09.00
LagoonFest 11.00 – 18.00
Take down complete by 19.00
All vehicles MUST be off-site before 10.45 & may not return until after 18.15
Parking
There is free parking from 11.00 – 19.00 hours on all roads in Zone W
Alcohol
You may not sell or distribute alcohol from your stall.
Rubbish
You must keep your stall area clean & tidy at all times and leave it spotlessly clean at the end.
Electricity
Supply your own, if required.
Water
There are taps by the 2 pavilions.
Health & Safety etc
You must ensure you comply with all regulations in connection with your stall.
