Friends of Hove Lagoon is holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 27th November at 7pm at the Gather Inn Pub Lower Bar. Drinks can be bought at the upper bar and taken into the meeting.

1. Chair’s introduction, Apologies for absence and Minutes of the last AGM.
2. Chair’s Annual Report. Q&A
3. Treasurer’s Annual Financial Statement. Q&A
4. Election of the 12 committee members, of whom 9 are resident reps and 3 are Lagoon business reps and the four officers, (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) who will be elected from these 12.
5. Discussion on “The Future of LagoonFest”.
6. Any other business.

The AGM will be followed by a general Committee Meeting and all supporters are welcome to attend.
